I want to buy and do a gas station business but have no idea, anyone please help me get the details or who are in this help to get start all these, like how much money need to invest, what is the process to buy a gas station etc, whatever good information required, please help me.
I am in Colorado. I really appreciate help me start.

Lets keep this thread alive. Please share your experience. Do people typically buy with cash or do they go throught SBA loan?

If you are in Colorado there are couple people from Sangkhuwaasabha will teach you very well but you may loose some to learn.

I lend couple thousands to my cousin who in Colorado in six month they bought 2nd and passed the first one to my cousin but the credit card was connected to their account and he kept paying them and he ran lack of Cash and file bankrupt. One of the smart ass partner overstocked the product which should not be and I am sure he got some percentages on that overstocking.
If you want to run a gas station work at least 6-12 months and know how it works.
Do not be on the same boat as my cousin if you are looking for a parter. 

Ok.. that good info.. we need to take care of that... many our brothers might want to start the business. .. but due to lack of info we can't take risk.... so please share your experiences ...
