डल्लास Texas तिर घर किन्न मन छ. नेपाली बस्ति कता होला ? कता तिर सस्ता, राम्रा, बलिया घर किन्न राम्रो होला ? र केटा-केटि हरु को लागि राम्रो बिधयालय पनि हुनु पर्यो .

घर किन्ने सम्बन्ध मा केही जानकारी छ भने सल्लाह पाऊ न हो नेपाली दाजु/भाई तथा दिदि/बहिनी हरु .

My friends and family have been living in euless/hurst for some time.Its a nice neighborhood and has lots of Nepali people as well.

If you are married and have kids then #1 priority should be School District and school ranking. You don't want to live in Ghetto Neighborhood with poor school district and raise your kids there. #2 closer to your work. You don't want to commute hours everyday for work
#3 budget #4 Look for details like how many bedroom you need, kitchen design , living room design , house builder reputation, requires big yard or small etc
Old house/New house it doesn't matter to me and always go with the price. Before contacting any realtor, try sites like Redfin/Zillow. Try to find open house and start visiting those houses. You will know lots of ideas. Once you visit at least 10 houses and get to know what you want then find a realtor who doesn't push much. Redfin has it's own realtors and they are good too. Much of US is going as a Seller's market. So you won't able to bargain much.

reddin and zillow do not have upto date inventory (free service). NTREIS.net (available only to realtors) is a paid service that is used by realtors to list house for sale.
inorder to view the house in person, you need a realtor (people dont want to show house to any buyer unless it is open house).
to see the house in person, realtor has to take appointment from national realtor’s customer service and access is granted using key (device) called SUPRA
home owner’s insurance has nothing to do with buying house; insurance protects house incase of damages like roof (from hail), or fire. most insurance dont cover foundation repair or minor repair like plumbing or electrical. insurance is mandatory because lender wants to secure the loan. hence you can shop insurance from any company (averages 100 per month). please call realtor rakhee 4692358759

buying a house without a realtor is almost impossible because listing agent wants to talk to the buyer’s agen to get pre approval (mortgage).

do no buy house without consulting realtor as you’ll have to sell it one day; realtors can approximately tell you how easy exit will be when you decide to sell it for huge gain in the future.

lastly, you do not pay realtor any fee; seller does.

Be careful out there. It is republican state with full of racist. There is always chance that you get shot by republicans. They hate non whites. Most of white people's house have confederate flags.
I never go to Texas in my life.

quick facts,
once you like house see the school ranks and how far from your house (all elementary to HS) less than 1 mile and rank 9/10 means good location/neighbor and if you want sell in future it will be super easy. But keep in mind those houses more likely get multiple offers and kind of gambling situation make sure you have good realtor and lender with underwriting and experienced one.
