Does anybody have information on how/where one can apply for an International Driving Licenses in Kathmandu? I asked some officials in the Dept of Transportation and they had no clue. Any information would be appreciated.

I donot if it is recognised everything.
Intl. Driving Liscense from nepal looks like Toilet paper.
I have lost all pages except the cover of it.
Was very cheap 3$.
