Hi friends, I did my masters degree in Business administration in US and have my bachelors degree in computer application from Nepal. Currently i am employed through a consultancy and my H1b have been approved, i am not in a project yet so no have been generated payroll. i want to go back to Nepal this November and get my stamping there.can any one share there personal experiences on this matter or regarding H1b stamping in Nepal. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

It will be more difficult for others too who apply with a job in hand. There will be more investigation in future if they found out about the cases like yours.

Nepali ko Choro,I have same case as yours. I am planning to go to Canada for visa stamping. I know 2 of my friends did that and didn't have any trouble. I heard that some people also do that in Mexico (But I dont know anyone myself). To be in safe side, I dont think it is good to do in Nepal as you dont have pay check.

If pay check is the only matter i can run my payroll for few months and go... will the situation change in that case.
