Your primary residence was NJ during the tax year 2009 and your stationed at OK as part of your work. The company never treated you as a residence of OK and it withheld NJ state tax in tax year 2009 even you were in OK.You got the professional advise as it should be and nothing to be worry about it. If you are asked to file OK tax later ( but it is not going to happen), you will be awarded by H&R Block not filing as requirements.
