I am starting this thread to know where the TPS application is going and how long is it taking to get approved. If you go to USCIS processing time for nebraska, first of all , TPS is not even in the list (i-821) and second of all the dates are so out of date and updated every 1.5 months or 2. So just creating this thread to get a live tracking based upon others application and approval date. Hope others will help.

My case:
Application received: Dec 11 2015 (TPS only)
Bio metrics date: Jan 12 2016
TPS: Not yet approved

Mero driver's license expire huna laagyo, this month. TPS EAD Dec, 2016 samma valid cha. TPS approval aayeko chaina. How do I renew my driver's license now?

A piece of advice to all whose TPS is pending for more than 6 months. File a case with ombudsman. This is like suing USCIS. They must make a decision when case is filed with ombudsman.

My buddy called USCIS and asked to talk to tier 2 csr. Asked her to create an expedite request, was given a confirmation number. After 2 days, boom, case status updated to approved! Good luck!

i am very much worred-- applied in august EAD in hand but tps still not approved, i had b2 visa that has been expired long time ago.. i do not know what to do next , time is coming close for renew and still previous status pending.

as my b2 expired and tps pending, still i am legel ?

RKY: Nothing progress has been so far with abundant effort , My case is still pending, most of the people I know has their case approved except mine. I think that was my luck ;)

Well RKY, I am sorry to say that I have very less knowledge about B2 visa; However, I am confident that you will get helped by someone in this blog.

@taremam bhai, what documents did u submit originally to prove your continuous presence since june 2015 ? my hunch is those who presented reliable proof or continuous presence like utility bill, paycheck got their TPS approved while those who presented BS proof like affidavit of support etc. got their TPS case still got pending. As per USCIS, the only requirement for TPS for Nepal is continuous presence since JUNE 24 2015. I have seen a couple of friend with those situations and outcomes.

@bairaghi: yar I really appreciate with your ideas which does make sense. yar I submitted rent contract, my debit card statement, and my insurance copy which had effeective date as jan to july 2015.

You are still legal while your TPS is pending, if your b2 was not expired when uscis received your TPS application.

I got weird rejection notice yesterday on I-765, application for employment authorization. They sent me a rejection notice based on the eligibility code i provided on I-765 requires proof that an I-821 has been submitted. I do not understand what they are looking for since i have attached a copy my I-797C receipt notice for I-821. Copy of I-821 receipt notice from December 16 is in the file and they said they need a proof of that.
Anyone has same case? Is there any chances they might not have seen that I-821 receipt on file?
Or is it related to C19 eligibility code?
In my case, i have applied TPS on december 10 and EAD on April 10.

@taremam_bhai- I think you are right. It makes us frustrating and mad at how they are processing our TPS case. I feel like i gotta reapply with the same package they sent me back with some sort of mail attached.
