and here is where we find bliss!!

When Life Strikes...
DRUNK... I am,
Reveling in the sense
of freedom
Free from the constant
state of consuming passion,
Devoid of exhilarating
onslaught of pleasures
alternating with devastating pain,
Unfettered from liabilities,
consequences, measured seconds,
and recorded time!
Unbound from tabooed guilt,
insecurities woven with conditions,
of lover's tiffs, assumed faithlessness,
imagined foes and adulterous moments!
And now I quietly drink,
from the well of serenity,
solitude spent in paradise;
Yes, I am DRUNK,
with the dignity of being,
rather than having to be,
at someone's insatiable beck
and irrational calls,
That's wehn life strike,
And you know you're still alive.

kata gaayab ho?? Wasta chaina ni sisterjaan ko..

A stab here,
and a scratch there!!
A guilt here and
a sorrow there;
But still I stand tall
without preservations,
I am drunk too,
but without drinking!!
drunk to the senses,
with the trickled
drops of the
mundane
solitary
metaphor called life...
A search for
the passion
the faith
the senses;
so I can feel again
the touch,
the smiles and
the grieving heart!
For now
I don't feel
I don't see
I don't hear
anything
anyone..
I stand here
drunk
without drinking!!
and this is how
life strikes for me!!

Tamang Lady--I was in Blue house but never quite made it to "Captain ship." Hanging out in the back row and making fun of teachers made me notorious not popular among teachers. But Iknow who you're talking about. The "curly haired girl" is senior to us, I believe.

Now I am curious, Tamang Lady and Sndy! Do tell! :)
