I am starting this thread to know where the TPS application is going and how long is it taking to get approved. If you go to USCIS processing time for nebraska, first of all , TPS is not even in the list (i-821) and second of all the dates are so out of date and updated every 1.5 months or 2. So just creating this thread to get a live tracking based upon others application and approval date. Hope others will help.

My case:
Application received: Dec 11 2015 (TPS only)
Bio metrics date: Jan 12 2016
TPS: Not yet approved

Cybro ur paycheck should be from mid of june 2015. So send those again.

i submitted paycheck (2 from last year and 2 from august september or september october) and bank statement..what else do they need? Access to my facebook to see posts on after those days with "location on".

Ur documents, whatever they are, should be from mid june 2015 to the week of application date. Submitting from any other dates are pointless.

Aba i-94 ma may 2011 ma chireko dekheko cha, 2014 ko paycheck ra 2015 ko pay check, along with all bank statment till dec 2015 halera file gareko cha..aba tyo bhanda badi k dinu maile ma america mai chu banera prove garna, jaile month to month ma rent ma basiyo , so there is no utility bill, cell phone family plan ma cha so sathi ko naam ma bill, aru k garni...gadi kinera gadi ko insurance lii ra dekhaye matra ho...

Ya gadi ko insurance ra paycheck, but should be continuous from mid june. Natra border ta mexican haru le maiti dha jastai gari aar paar gari rahanchan. So i94 and last yrs documents doesnt prove continuous presence.

kei pako china RFE na kei ..kasile RFE payo ra? Danka haru le k gareka hun..ma ta jhan removal proceedings ma bhako manche...desh chodeko china bhanera yetikai tha hunu parni ho chor haru lai....

If there is no RFE, just relax and wait for TPS approval. Everything is taking longer these days in USCIS. I got my H1B extension approval yesterday after 7 months.
If you have wanted to approve it early, you should have applied when NEPAL got TPS, why did you wait till December to apply. Jun/July cases are pending, so all you can do is wait. Good luck !!

You can apply AP based on your TPS (no need for its approval). Also, you can travel with TPS pending using your approved AP. There is no reason for TPS denial. If you filled out form incorrectly, there is a possibility of getting RFE ( it happened to my wife, she forget to answer one of the questionnaire).

My current STEM EAD expired on Feb3 so grounded since then. So called congressmen's office, raise Service Request/ Expedite request and and did Ombudsman request. I don't know which one worked. but finally it approved after long wait.

Am I the only one whose TPS application has been received only ( September 10 ) and till now same thing showing up, " Case is pending". Its been more than 5 months now. What is going on here? K Nepal ma jastai aba k Congressman nai bhetera bhansoon garnu parney bhayo ta aba???
