I am starting this thread to know where the TPS application is going and how long is it taking to get approved. If you go to USCIS processing time for nebraska, first of all , TPS is not even in the list (i-821) and second of all the dates are so out of date and updated every 1.5 months or 2. So just creating this thread to get a live tracking based upon others application and approval date. Hope others will help.

My case:
Application received: Dec 11 2015 (TPS only)
Bio metrics date: Jan 12 2016
TPS: Not yet approved

People have been waiting since July 2015. There is nothing much that can be done.

@atomic: tps ki ead pani pending? my ead is in pending status since october. :(
is there anybody else whose ead also pending for that long?

*U.S. Department of Defense or national interest situation (Note: Request must come from an official U.S. Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government);
*USCIS error; or
*Compelling interest of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

From July TPS pending but EAD approved. in AUG ...

i want to apply travel document for meet my gf in europe and travel some other countries ,

does AP works? for AP TPS should need to be approved?

I also requested for expedite service but after 7 days, I got an email saying "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time." Did you work or volunteer on OPT? Did you tell them anything about your OPT? I don't know what to tell them if I call them when I inquiry next time. :( I OPT is already expired.

Any new approvals?

advance parole approved on 2nd of march. Tps still pending :(. But my status of tps changed to
"we updated your name ". don't know how long ...

Taremam Uncle holycow!! he got earlier coz the person dealing his case was actually working.. not all people work in Govt. Offfices.. ya'll know, When i called cus service the other day.. Service rep said I could talk to immigration officer of USCIS, then the automative system set up a time for call back, when I got connected .. i was talking to half asleep American African lady. who was not in a position to answer my question, and the more i asked the more irritated she got, I instanty knew i was not talking to the right nor helpful person... So hang in there.. even the slowest rabbit or dead sleep need to finish the race.

Chitai apply garnu parne raicha balla thaha paiyo...

aba kurera basnu bahek kei upaya chaina jasto lagoo 7 months for a case is too much yar, yaha USCIS ko chalkhel bujhnai garo ho yar...

try using expedite or obudsman,...or local congressman....wakka lagni process yo

@cybro: I have already used expedite service since it has already been 7 months in pending state so they sent me a letter saying "an officer is reviewing your case...."

If you have tried obudsman can you share the process kasari garne vanera please?

Do not forget to mention your expedite case number...I have initiated mine based on two failed request to expedite my case with USCIS due to my father's illness..but mine has just been 90 days...i sent all the supporting docs (in my case my father's medical report). I got email yesterday after i inquired stating that obudsman is reviewing my case and if applicable they will push USCIS to act in my case.

Thank you Terobau bro for the valuable information, before I proceed for obudsman, Do i necessarily have to have reason for expidite process at obudsman like family emergency or natural calamity and so forth to expedite the case duration time frame?

you can expedite based upon time frame too...
