I am starting this thread to know where the TPS application is going and how long is it taking to get approved. If you go to USCIS processing time for nebraska, first of all , TPS is not even in the list (i-821) and second of all the dates are so out of date and updated every 1.5 months or 2. So just creating this thread to get a live tracking based upon others application and approval date. Hope others will help.

My case:
Application received: Dec 11 2015 (TPS only)
Bio metrics date: Jan 12 2016
TPS: Not yet approved

Last time called NSC they said they processing application which received before august 20th... could you share your TPS application received date and approval date. cuz i work for immigration attorneys office . we file lots of TPS in July still pending .. thaha ta garum kina pending gare ko...

When did you call? Teroobaau in other thread exact same thing 3 weeks ago that they are processing aug 20th application. I hope they are not hiving same answer to everyone whenever they call.

Mero ta aja has not been assigend to officer bhanera email pathyao expedite garfe bhanekonta... Ani this application cannot be expedited re.... Kaike officer kai assign bhara kaile approve huni ho

i called in february 11 and i got exact same answer..they are processing august 20th...nj nepal..isnt there anything lawyers can do on this back logging...

Finger Print accepted on July 24, 2015, got a letter last week, they are still reviewing the case and you could contact us after 60 days. I am hoping they would approve at least before the renewal date.

Liberia, Sierra lione, guinea haru lai chain 6 months thapecha. And as far as I know these countries were officially declared ebola free. So, I think now there is strong chance that Nepal TPS pani at least 6 month chain extend garla. But the downside of this is this would only be announced 2 months prior of Dec. As in the case of these countries.
