my oh my captain, never meant to embarass you hehe..i hope your nose is intact and in proper place now :P. your modesty knows no bounds. i am sure my opinion about you resonates with others who follow your articulate writing style. i have found that there are quite a few posters who have equally genuine views over a subject matter but not just as good way of expression as you or some of the other posters have. as they say in nepali "sunar ko dus prahaar (?) ra lohar ko ek" full marks for your understanding over the pyschology of nepalese living in US and elsewhere. to be really honest, threads like those you create make sajha more versatile else it would be a monotonous podium for politics, women, sex or kids only hehe :P and yes, i will take 2-3 extra drinks for our freindship, that's for sure....hehe...sharabi ko bahane ki talash thi re ke! :P (guff di halya ni :D). Shrish, LOL. i did not mean to direct a derogatory remark on your affinity for ghazals. although not a regular reader, i have found myself in awe with some of those great pieces that you come up with. you've got a talent. keep it up! have a great weekend ya'll LooTe

Capt. Saab aka.......;-) You wrote: Shirish - How are you? Good to see you around again. You didn't tell us what you had for lunch :) If Kathmandu Spice's food didn't taste good enough for you, I am really curious to know what you are used to eating! :P You missed previous posting. I think LooTe researched me pretty well. Ahmmm I visited Kathmandu Spice for three times in a row for Sunday buffet. http://www.sajha.com/sajha/html/OpenThread.cfm?forum=2&ThreadID=36970#321220 here it is if you are too lazy to search: A friend of mine (and her Indian relatives) decided to go for Sunday Buffet at Kathmandu Spice. The Goat curry was superb. The plain SAAG tasted like "Pachai-cha" (Rayo). I liked the food preparation so called Nepali Lunch than their fusion thingy. It would have been better if they prepared the chicken in Nepali way than using Indian Restaurant style sauce with no Yoghurt or Cream base, but just plain. My friend's Indian relatives liked all the food but found Basmati rice, a some what different variety. They like "WO" and even taught them how to make. The initial batch of Halluwa was good but the freshly made one was not as good as previous one. I liked क्बाटी too. The food was not spicy at all compared to my first experience and even my daughter enjoyed the food who is a picky eater. My friend's relatives had two very noisy children who kind of spoiled the environment and also broke a utensil. They got embarrassed and said, "this is the reason why the Americans leave therif children with baby sitter. This is my friends third visit to the place and suggested that they should employ some one to oversee just the dining area and food serving area so that no containers remain empty for long period of time. Looks like my visits to Minado (Japanese Seafood ) will be decreased. I did not pay for the lunch as my friend paid for all. We also got complementary tea (good one)
