I am starting this thread to know where the TPS application is going and how long is it taking to get approved. If you go to USCIS processing time for nebraska, first of all , TPS is not even in the list (i-821) and second of all the dates are so out of date and updated every 1.5 months or 2. So just creating this thread to get a live tracking based upon others application and approval date. Hope others will help.

My case:
Application received: Dec 11 2015 (TPS only)
Bio metrics date: Jan 12 2016
TPS: Not yet approved

I applied on december first week. EAD aayo. Ani yeuta letter ni aayo saying tps approval. TPS approve bhaako koi cha bhane tei letter ho aaune? Ki aru tps card jasto ni kei aauncha?

My dates for TPS application process:

USCIS received application: November 19,2015
USCIS check withdrawal: November 25,2015
Finger Print Notice: December 05, 2015
Finger Print Date: December 22, 2015
TPS granted letter and EAD card came together: March 17, 2016

if you don't mind can you please tell me , what was RFE for? I had application received on same date and I received EAD in December itself but TPS is still pending.

I got my EAD way back, TPS approval bhako chaina. I called USCIS last week to see where things were. They couldn't give a satisfying answer though.
Since this H1B applications are expected to be huge in number this year too, the USCIS service centers are expected to get busier. I don't know when then will be done with the Nepal TPS application approvals and EAD issuance.

@noone13,RFE was for disposition from court for arrest stating weather the charge of misdemeanor or felony.

April 5 approved

TPS status still stuck at fingerprint fee received since September 17
Already received EAD 4-5 weeks after applying

Looks like they forgot about my application. Any suggestions on what to do?
