I talked to immigration office lawyer today about TPS EAD.He said even if your TPS application is not yet approved you can still apply for SSN and start working once you get your TPD EAD without any worries.Do guys have the same issues like mine. I got my EAD but not yet  approved tps application?plxxxx suggest.

I'm in the same condition. What did you do? With in the one and half months, i have got my EAD but TPS is not approved yet. Did you get SSN? Have you started working?

TPS approved nahudai kaam start garda later kei difficulties aucha ki vanera.. Launa ho k experience cha sathi haruko share/Suggest gardinuvaye hune..

Hi both. Ead is one of the requirements for ssn. Yes you can get ssn as early as a week after you apply for ssn. Wahtever your visa status is currently ead helps to get your ssn and you will be lagal to work in the states. Thanks
