Hi friends, I filed I-821 and also sent I-765 for administrative purpose. I didn't request an EAD so I only paid $85 for biometrics. I received two receipt numbers though, one for TPS and another for EAD. Is it normal for USCIS to issue receipt numbers for administrative purpose i-765?

Yes furke. That is normal. My scenario was similar during last registration and received 2 receipts (one for each).

yes furke as piece of shit said its normal, even if you dont apply for EAD you get two receipt number. It had happened to me too last year.
