I heard this guy I mean son in law of Gyane is also involved in some credit card fraud in US.

He basically went back to nepal without paying his debt.

Also one news paper was doing weekly editorial on story about a relationship bettwe him and one married nepali woman in US from some dixit family.

But this stroy stopped in middle after feb 1 journalism black out.

There was something about his qualification as well.. he obtained fradulent diploma from India never graduated from ANY university. However if you look at his resume he claims that he is a graduate of University of California and in Masters in Computer Science ??. He does not have ANY diploma other than SLC from Nepal yet he claims to be a UC graduate... he is gyane's headache now..

This is a good news. This will definitely bring the m.f. one step closer to his end.

One more thing. Let's not judge the JwainNaran without any basis. I would like to hear from any Sajhaite who goes to/went to University of California to see whether the degree is really authentic.

Please do let us know if you do find out that he actually went to UC it will be an interesting find!!

I had checked my sources in California and could not confirm that he had been to any university... but looking fordward to hearing about your find!

It makes me sad how Nepal is being manipulated by the royal family, political party and the maoists. I do not see any hope on how Nepal will be out of its misery. We had hoped that democracy will bring prosperity, we had hoped that Maoists will bring some good to the society, we had hoped that king will do some good. But alas they are all the same. All these suckers who misuse state powers should be tried in the court of law or something should be done about it..

I feel hopeless and helpless about the future of Nepal. :-(

since Gyane's juwain has the share in this phone co. I think now pre-paid cell phone holder never have to worry about closing it. ( After Feb 1st it was closed).

Hate these people who would do anything just to make more money, without worry abou tthe future of Nepal. Why would they even worried about nepal most of them are not even nepalis anyway.

Gyane's juwyan owns the company, spice nepal. Even though there are other investors, he did not invest much at this venture other than the money he took from his wife as a downpayment to buy the licnese, when the deal did not go through he kidnapped the business man, threatned golcha and obtained the paper work. They are all suckers. Gyane, Paras and their not-educated, in-law who obtained fradulent degree papers from India and US and claims he is a graduate from UC?? As far as I am concerned they are there to suck Nepal dry..

Well, I was just trying to say the people who do the business or hold share with the royal are mostly indians not nepali. Even king had more Indians business partners (when he was a business man) than nepalis.
