An unconfirmed source says Girija is going to sell the CROWN to India this time.

May be he can get a better deal if could sell it to the Americans or Europeans.

Will we be able to be grateful to India, leaving behind the stereotype India bashing, knowing well that we are creating monsters of hatredness and lack of trust. It may be argued again, why so much sympathy, but again why are we not atleast saying thank you for the help and support that is so crucial at this juncture for rebuilding Nepal.

What about saying thanks to India sometimes rather than being passimistic about it all the time. Well, Girija went there and mind you, India did not have to welcome it with open arms. It did not even have to provide Nepal with billions of Rs loan for a minimum interest rate ( 0.75%). We have to ask thousands of Nepali people who fled to India during Maobadi insurgency and were able to save their lives. Though we always make an issue about the 1951 treaty, but because of that treaty so many Nepalese lives were saved as we had an open border. What about the comparison how many Indians live in Nepal and how many Nepalese live in India? Nepalese leaders do not have the balls to decide for Nepal and here we are blaming a third country for nothing.

open border? India does not want to close it because, as she knows, in a long run open border will help Indian be in majority in Nepal.

There is no argument that Girija has been the most unsucessful amongst the PM's of Nepal but you cannot deny the fact that he is the one and only iron man who can drive Nepal (hopefully) out of this present chaos.
