No bro it's way complicated.. The hearing is frm immigration office itself, they want me to attend the hearing with my lawyer..on the letter they have stated all kind of possibilities including removal/jail terms. I'm thinking of relocating to diff place but dunno if that's the good idea. ... Any suggestions..

Hire a Immigration Lawyer . One of my friend was busted when he was attending court for minor beer sale case (he was out of status too) so be carefull. Hire a lawyer and if possible dont live on same place where immigration send you letter. They might catch you if you miss court date !

Get a good deshi lawyer bro. In which state u are in ? One of my friend was also in same situation in TX but he hired Azhar and Azhar Law firm. With the help of them he is in status right now.

Missing court is the worst possible idead.Get a lawyer and go to court, u will be okay for at least rt now. If u dont agree what Judge had to say, u can always apeal it. Financial flexibility  is wat u gotta look.

since u entered in F1 status, unless u marry a US citizen, later or sooner u r out of here.

Of status but with the help of lawyer he was able to file reinstate and it get approved. I dont know your friend case. If you consult with lawyers it will be good
