Do you need one of you neighbors to join you in the trip? Come on your own dude and try to see the world through your own pair of eyes. Think the whole world as your own home, I am sure there will be enough people to help you just in case of emergency.

you do not need a companionship to go to america. if my mum and my uncle who spoke no english and needless to say did not even write a word of nepali, forget english made couple a journeys to america, i am sure dude, you can atleast speak and write english.

if you do not speak or write english then i would suggest to ask your friends or realatives to write a flash card. for example: HELP, (ON THE BACK) MALAAI MADATH GARNOO'S,
BATHROOM, (ON THE BACK) WHERE IS THE BATHROOM, HUNGRY (ON THE BACK) MA LAAII BHOOG LAAGYOO.

Naulo Nepal ji; I think people mistook your query as a sign of weakness. Don't worry about not having made the trip before. A little anxiety will keep you vigilant. Just have copies of your itinery handy and keep consulting the travel monitors for arrival/ departure time (time changes), Gate numbers and terminals I hope you have a good trip to the US.
