Hi all, I need a little information here.., I live in US and I want to know if it is possible for undergraduates to get a H-1 visa if any company wants to sopnsor him/her? what about if the company is renowned ?

Yes, talk to company Immigration Lawyer. But, I think you should complete your bachelors first.

The minimum requirement is a four year bachelors degree. If you already have your qualification and the company is willing to hire you for a job related to your qualification, then the company can file for H1B for you. If you are talking about immediate filing, then you will have to wait. The quota for H1B application for FY 2006 is finished. Applications for FY 2007 H1B quota will begin on April 1, with a work starting date October 1, 2006.
