I agree but the statement is very biased... you must be a strong supporter of Corrupt Royals or UMLs!

I would rate Deuba as # 1 in the list cause he was the janani of all kinds of "loot" sanskritee among Nepalese politicians--pajero pani milaidiula, bangkok pani pathaidiumla, sukteri pani banaidiula. phataha, chor, danka, bhalu, bhutte, ... then Girija and makune tie for #2. All current top political leader are in top 10 currupt leaders, some of them tie for #3, some tie for #4, and so on.

king's rank? socalled mahaking (maharaja) is in maha#1 in the ranking, exceeds Deuba.
