I will never live in a nepali's house again. no privacy, very nosy landlord.
Lived in a basement of a nepali for 8 months and i had enough. However, if you get seperate entrance and seperate kitchen and the landlord doesn't come to do laundry when you are trying to read or rest, then it's okey.

Thanks for the info. BTW, how far is it from the closest Metro (and which station is it)? I am surely looking for this kind of arrangement begining August. If it goes fine and smooth, this can well be a long run deal.
I got good feed back from my previous landlords. So, fair to assume this should be benefitting for both side.
Also, if u have any info on similar kind of arrangement in DC area itself, I would be grateful to know that.
