Here is a situation, H1B got rejected because of overqualification, the company was small and the lawyer, owner were fraud. If the same person gets a chance to apply from other company for the next year, what will be the consequences? I mean, can he/she apply? What additional documents might ask? Do the rejection letter has to file along or not? Help!!!!!!

Because the company require either Asso. Degree or Under grad. Here situation was Master level. It was company's lawyer. but, the situation is already resolved, just wanna know for the next time. Already got another good company which is going to sponser next time. My question is does that rejections matters or not?
