I need to set up a website. Please someone help me with the process. I already got my domain registered what do I need to do next .Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Goto 1and1.com and get the 1and1 beginner package which will have site-building tools, comes with a website builder and photo gallery as well.

Looks like you got it from godaddy.com

1. Log into your godaddy cpanel.

2. get your ftp username and password.

if you're on windows,  open My Computer, then type in location:           ftp://yourdomain.com

and press enter.

you will be asked for ure usn password. Supply that, check 'save password' and then logon.

You should see ure website's root directory. You can upload your scripts/packages/cms/code here and you can acces that via the web.

If you have problems starting out, I suggest using godaddy's one click installs. They will install the whole system for you (depending on what you chose).

It becomes really easy to maintain ur website if you know ssh and vi.

Did you just buy the domain name or web hosting as well? Google "web hosting", or host it on your own computer.
