So you are saying if we don't do those projects those people in the pictures will be rescued? Who r we kidding?

While ideally we would like to raise the standard of living of everybody first we all know it is not going to happen anytime soon. India and China wouldn't be in the position they are now had they halted all their science project to address the significant poverty level in the country.

I know what you're saying naya nepali, but my issue is we shouldn't stop any form of development and innovation, specially when we will get adequate supports from donor countries for this.

As long as the Ministers, PM and the associated leaders/workers do not try to gobble up any portion of the cash funds for personal use, I am for it.

That's it. Let's close all the science and technological centers in Nepal; might as well shut down NTV and all media channels. Close the NTC and all mobile phones. Close the colleges and universities since the poor kids don't even have a basic education. Let's close everything until each and every Nepali citizen is pulled up from destitution.

Tetro kura lekhi sakyo, pheri tehi sodchha. Yes, why not? Why are we wasting our money in other research in that case?? Nuclear physics doesn't only entail nuclear bombs and nuclear fuels if that's what you were thinking. If that money was going to a poor man pocket, I would say give it to them, but we both know if that's not spent on this project that ain't going to those poor citizens either...be realistic.

I will go for hydro power projects, as back home they have initiated micro hydro power project allocating certain funds. I pray these funds get invested in right sector.

We live in the country where anythings can happen. One of my relative's land was sold by unknown person, Now he is going to suffer a lot. If he goes to seek law, we have crooked laws, even it is done fraudulently , the buyer may win and the owner has to pay the purchased price? Yes, because he paid for it. The buyer may be the member of the gang.

So, who cares, leaders and ministers need to divert people mind and come with new ideas and make them tangle there and make them stay away from the actual issues. It's like giving toys to children to distract.  We can smuggle Uranium and make money???????????????? Who will secure the it?
