No difference. Only the second time I got my wife with me and got her H4 visa  too. (Of course I first stamped her myself:-)

Just make sure that your petition is PIMS verified. I did my H1 B stamping last week and I almost had to cancel my flight because of this PIMS thing, thanks to the staffs at the embassy!! They almost f****d this up!

I had requested the consular office to verify PIMS before taking the appointment, after taking the appointment, and five days before the interview. Ironically, the visa officer tells me that it is not verified and that I will have to wait 2-3 days for it to be updated and another 24 hours for administrative processing. I was supposed to fly five days after the date of interview!

I got my passport back less than 24 hours before I was supposed to fly, and they didn't even let me know when they had already completed the administrative processing. I had to go to the embassy myself and plead my case to the guards there...come on! When I wrote emails inquiring about my case, the answer would just be generic. Just created unnessary tension.

But at the end, everything did turn out okay. So, just relax and enjoy your time off.
