I've been hearing a lot of buzz about the new candidates from the bibeksheel party who are running in the upcoming election. They seem to say all the right things and seem to be overall good people. But realistically speaking, does any one of them have any chance at winning in the elections? Any predictions?
Another thing that I have been thinking is what if the new guys do make it then what? What if they start making stricter laws? Would Nepali public be able to handle stricter laws that they have to follow? What if all Nepalis were requred to pay income tax and property tax so that the government could become stronger and more effective? Would Nepalis come to the street to protest against a just form of government? Are Nepalis ready to give up their priviledges of knowing the right people in Bhansar, police, army and government? Are Nepali travellers ready to get everything checked in customs and pay required taxes instead of bribing customs officials and getting through?
Are citizens of Nepal going to be able to handle a right form of government?

We want that kind of government which promotes equal laws... I don't want different laws for poor or rich or celebraties.
Government should makes which hamper our free market economic ... more laws means more power to governmnet ...n powerful govermnent leads to autoritarian. We don't want governmnet in our personal life...n we dont want governmnet to raise high taxes in every things ....ya there should be taxes in some places otherwise how governmnet will runs.....n we want more transperancy how government spend their money .... check n balance within the government ....n independent judicary ....government should not be above law.....
One of the benefit of new face might be they have new visions n have seen n read about world views or seen many examples in other country ....they can atleast read news in english ..lol.....and can determine what kind of approach for our they of country ....if they dont do better ....throw them in next election....
for example do u know south korea was almost in the last during 1950's but it is now worlds 13th largest economic .....if we go with same approach like south korea with 10% growth rate we can be there in 50 years......
so don't expect much progess in short period ......we can be developed if we can take advantage of our two big neighbors......
so keep calm and vote for people who will make your life better....

Definitely!
if you look at the popularity of all 4 candidates on social media and the fund raising drive throughout Americas, Australia, Europe, South East and Middle East, its going crazy!!! check out their Facebook updates.
Question is will 4 wins make a difference? Yes, they can lobby for the best in the constitution making as the election is only about the constitution. In future when there will be a general election, bibeksheel nepali will be able to do a clean sweep and gain an absolute majority.
i have requested all my friends and families and my phone + email contacts to support them morally, physically, socially and financially however possible and have been reaching out to friends back home requesting them to support bibekshil.
at least this is a beginning, but theres a hope. lets help it become our optimism and vent our frustations politically.
as they say, हामीले नगरे कसले? अहिले नभए कहिले?
and see how good you feel about the whole thing skip a pack of your cigarette and a 6 pack, make use of your money for a better cause.

I really support them but i see less chances of them winning why ? Because of Nepalese people who are going to vote. How many of those who like on facebook, comments on Web pages are going to vote ? There are still many educated and uneducated people who are supporting different parties for some purpose. I had discussion with my Er. friend in Nepal. He support Nepali Congress because all of us know his father made well money on government office on support of that party. He is corrupted as hell and his son is going on same path. Those kinda people are damaging nation and there are alot of them. I can personally name 100's around me who are doing wrong under some Party flag. Good Luck to Bibekshil party. If I was back there , I would defiantly VOTE them.

Very apt question by grgDai. We probably are not ready for the strict version of administration, but I think this is the only way to build from the ground up. Also, I don't think they will win, but if they garner good amt of votes they will be noticed, which is good.
