Hi,

If anybody could tell me if i still have to apply and pay for i765 if i already have EAD and just want to apply for TPS. I'd really appreciate your advice. Thanks!

U don't need to pay for i-765 but you do need to send i-765 form with your i-821.

@FURKE SO I JUST DON'T CHECK IN ANYTHING IN I765, RIGHT?
