H4 visa holder will not be able to work. Only in one condition they will be able to obtain work permit when Primary H1 holder apply for his PR.

you can apply for EAD once your spouse gets approved i140.

If you have applied for your green card and included your wife too in the process, they would send you the work permit card, after which she can work freely. H4 ma basera timro green card apply gareko chhaina bhane chai uhi ghantaa hanne cash maa...janeko kuro bhaneko ho, expert nai chai haina hai
