My TPS from last year still hasn't been approved; however, I received m EAD o October 30, 2015. My check status still says this-
On July 20, 2015, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status, Receipt Number LIN********. Our Nebraska Service Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Please suggest or share if any of you have similar situation or know anything about this situation. Should I re-apply while it is pending? Or Just wait until USCIS makes a decision in my first case.
