I am sorry to hear your situation. I would suggest you to do an expert opinion. Please talk to company's lawyer, they would know what i mean. If you have taken any computer classes in your bachelors or masters, expert ( usually they are computer subject professor ) can evaluation and see if that's sufficient for the job that you applied with (for H1-B).Also, if you have got any QA tools related certificate that can also help. I have seen these types of RFE being approved with expert evaluation. I am not sure any-other way to prove. Hope you get through this.

@padmaan, I never implied to posting fake ads... stop being a hypocrite.. @Theone, thanks for your valuable suggestion, I will definitely talk to the company lawyer about it. My lawyer had told me to look for job postings similar to my title with a Civil engineering or engineering degree, and out of thousands job postings, it is pretty tough to filter it out. That's why I was looking for job search website where you can use filters like Jobtitle and Major Degree.
