Stephen Miller said that? I don't believe. :) Instead they will take TPS & OPT away and make H1 B harder until Tesla desi folks start revolting.

@Surexh-ji : I have no connection with these upper-level individuals.

The information I received was circulated this afternoon from Washington DC., following a meeting at Covington & Burling LLP. According to the source, it appears that only TPS beneficiaries from President Biden's Term ( 2020-2024) might be impacted.
TPS beneficiaries who have resided in the U.S. for over ten years may less susceptible to removal
as they may qualify for a "hardship" waiver through the DOJ's Executive Office for Immigration Review, utilizing Form EOIR-42B ( Application for Cancellation of Removal and Adjustment of Status for certain Nonpermanent Residents). Notably, this application serves as a pathway toward lawful permanent resident status, which is know as Green Card.

EOIR doesn’t come under Judiciary and not independent. It is the part of DOJ. Just imagine if Trump DOJ will even allow that.
