I'm physically fit , healthy and buffed up. The realization of no body part should be left unexercised, I've been strechting using extenders for 2 years now and I've now BPEL 9"(started 7"), I know it's too long for average Nepalese but that's an average size here in the US, I  believe. but according to your article, my index fingers should have been short. I  just checked, my index fingers are long, in fact, my fingers are longer than my coworkers, I  happened to measure many months ago, dunno just like that.
